Our Animal Emergency Centre hospitals are open and here to help. Veterinary care is an essential service and we continue to provide the highest levels of care to our patients. We are taking steps to protect you and our team.

With current coronavirus restrictions, vet care remains an essential service. You can travel for vet care or to visit AEC. If you have a pet emergency please come straight to the hospital, you don’t need an appointment.

We are delivering minimal contact pet care to ensure your safety and that of our team. Facemasks are required, please follow the instructions provided to you at the hospital.

Please notify us over the phone if you are unwell, self isolating or have been in contact with anyone with coronavirus.

Please understand that there may be increased wait times and new procedures in place, please work with us and remain respectful of our team in these unprecedented times.
