About AEC Hallam
Hallam is one of three AEC hospitals in Victoria, committed to practising “gold standard” emergency medicine and critical care. Our fully equipped hospital facilities include digital radiography, in house laboratory, ultrasound, endoscopy, ventilators and a CT scanner.
We are situated on the Princes highway, near the South Gippsland freeway exit, and service a wide area, from the South-East suburbs of Melbourne, to Philip Island, the Mornington Peninsula and beyond. Enter from Wedgewood Road, take the first driveway on the left into the industrial estate and continue straight ahead. The Animal Emergency Centre will be on your left.
Co-located with AEC Hallam is the Veterinary Referral Hospital (VRH)– with 2 specialist surgeons, Dr. Guy Yates and Dr. Arthur House. The VRH are happy to accept referrals from general practice vets.
All the staff at the AEC and VRH are committed to providing the best quality care for your pet 24 hours a day.
